Basic Rental Information Rates for the Smyrna Opera House*

Please note all room rental times are for 5 hours. If rental is needed for longer than 5 hours, additional time is $100 per hour.
A mandatory $150 custodial fee and $125 Building Supervisor's fee is added to all rentals.

The Opera House will furnish all water, sodas and alcoholic beverages.
Approved bartender list will be furnished upon request. Bartender’s fees are quoted by and paid directly to bartender. You may only select a bartender from our approved list.
Special order for champagne for weddings - $25.00 re-stocking charge.
Special order for all other alcoholic beverages - $200.00 re-stocking charge.

No outside food can be brought into the Opera House. If the chosen caterer is not included on our pre-approved list,
we kindly request that they furnish proof of both general liability and workmen’s compensation insurance.
