Basic Rental Information Rates for the Smyrna Opera House*

Please note all room rental times are for 5 hours. If rental is needed longer than 5 hours, additional time is $100 per hour.
A mandatory $150 custodial fee is added to all rentals.*

No outside beverages are to be brought into the Opera House.
If selecting an open bar, a $200 security deposit is required (this will be deducted from final bar total).

No outside food can be brought into the Opera House. If the chosen caterer is not included on our pre-approved list,
we kindly request that they furnish proof of both general liability and workmen’s compensation insurance.
