Art Exhibits
Since 1996, the Smyrna-Clayton Heritage Association has hosted an annual Art Show that showcases local
and regional artists. When work was completed in 2003 to fully re-store the historic Smyrna Opera House to its original splendor,
a Gallery space was added to the top-floor of the Annex section enabling the artists to display their pieces in a beautiful setting.
All of the artwork is offered for sale and some of the proceeds go directly to the Opera House for general operations.

The Smyrna Opera House and Smyrna High School Art Department are proud to announce the 2013 Annual Senior Art Show.
Viewing hours are 10am-4pm on Tuesday through Friday. A closing reception will be held on May 21 from 6-8 at the Smyrna Opera House.
The Art Department’s graduating students will come together to showcase their talents that include charcoal and pencil drawings, pottery,
mixed media and digital art. Five of the participating students are awarding winning artists. The Smyrna High School Art Program is extremely
proud of our students and wishes to share their talent with our community.
